usually i handle her after feed mealworm to xena and conan so ,i dint dare to let her sniff my hand
else she bite me

i need help from u guys , my baby hiss alot and the quil keep standing when i just touch her a lil bit ... is she still afraid wif me ?

she hiss and roll become ball ... i scared i touch her and make her no appetite to eat , she eat 1-3 kibbles only from yest till now , didnt drink any water smore .. i very worry bout her

u use bowl or bottle for the water? if he roll means he still not get used to u or else still not bond well.... he roll because he scare... he hiss because he scare also.. like he feel dangerous when u try to touch him..

my suggestion is.. try to spend more time with him..

Faster way, throw your smelly cloth in for 1 or 2 days. At least she gets used to your scent first.

if u scared just pick her up when she roll into the durian mode
put it in ur palm and she unroll back very fast

if she already bonded with u

yup , i put it at my palm and feeding her some mealworms and she like it .. i try to put the bottle near to her mouth she started to drink .. well , bonding process increase 2 % d .. haha , very happy when she looking at me and eating meal worms

try handfeed her with mealworm

mealworm very geli when they move here n there , but i have no choice .. i try to control my fear to handed feed my baby ..

like mine ,her routine is eat ,run on the wheels ,drink ,run, poo ,run poo, eat,drink and sleep

the food i leave its not just a day , its 2 day d she still didnt touch it .. unless i feed her and she acccept 1-2 kibbles , then i put her near to the bowl she dont even touch it or smell .. hmmm..

anyway, don't worry to much on her not eating.. give her a few days to adapt with new environment.. hedgies aren't social pets like dogs and gliders, best is to just let them in it's own.. make sure there's always kibbles in it's cage and let her eat in it's very own good time whenever she wants.. best is to keep in silence and peace environment..
