I was surprised too! normally he will just run here and there dun let me take a nice angle of him xD but yesterday i just put him down and he LOOKED at me in the eyes.. then I faster took my camera and took few shot which I din get before then... @living: bout the algerian... yeah.. I can only managed to find most of it are algerian and when I asked the breeder it is said that only algerian they got here... =] *forget bout the legal n illegal part *

@mamata : bored and lonely? xD mine.... there's a time when I've been busy for the whole week without play with him and only gave food n drink.. rather than lonely and bored.. he did gave me morning work to do as usual and always gave me job to clean as saying : It's okay if u busy and no time to play with me. But I will still give u job to do" xDD

but it's better to spend some time with her if u have time =]

as far as I know.. chipsi bedding is good for hamster but NO flavor so... I'm not sure if its suitable for hedgie... must ask Cim!!! lol

Hun : how u toilet trained ur hedgie? my ken is.......... T.T
I toilet trained him with sand xD since I can't find the suitable tupperware for him as for other animal, I use the toilet trained for rabbit and use the hamster sand for toiletries. for a while.. he did poo n pee there.. so I just need to throw the dirty part.. but he began to gave me more work as sometime he will poo n pee on the bedding too... or maybe it because i havent throw the dirty sand? rofl

hey, if u din use bedding, what u use for hedgie now?

Hun, Cim : okay.... im a bit confused now... luckily i just used 1 pack of sand and now it finish... so.. any idea to teach me as what u guys told me? my brain wont absorb it as i just finish my study xD

Last time when I finish my bedding i try to use a safe towel as bedding.. but.. he like to dig the towel and hide under it T.T so everytime when i open up the towel.. can hear he hiss towards me... lol
its the same with newspaper too!! he will dig and scratch the paper till he can fit in and hide under it... any idea how to teach him not to hide? ><

lookin for the suitable hiding box for ken now... as my cage is kinda FULL cuz of the wheel xD any idea what else i can use for the hiding box?

since the sand is finish any brand that i can use for litter? as i have the litter box so just need to buy the toiletries hehe..

I used the towel that Cim posted earlier only for drying him.. and till now i dun have any accident with the towel.... till I have time to go out then I go find his stuff.... till now I can only went to pyramid pet lovers center to buy his stuff as I can't go any further T.T

will go midvalley pets wonderland to search for the hide box later on...

HAHAHA I gave him attention more than I used to gave him... it's like I went to see him and play with him 4-5 times a day.. well... normally once a day or only morning when i gave him food and nite before sleep I checked on him xD
but but but... last nite I spotted he play the wheel around 2am.. then I sit there watching him play... he knows I'm there so he just run here and there and keep on stopping to face up to see me... then he just came down n hide on the back of the wheel.. lol so I left him.. and this morning I found out.. the wheel is INCREDIBLY CLEAN!!!
means... either he did his business on the litter tray... or he just pissed off cuz I watched him play the wheel so he din touch it after that! hahaha
