Hi. We are looking for recruiters, to assist us in recruiting talents (to find influencer trainee, and we groom them to become influencers).

We run a marketing company in sg. Being a foreigner, we prefer getting help from local msians as there might be things we dont know.

We posted in jobs fb groups but although the pay is good, there is not much interest.

So something might be wrong somewhere, maybe there is an issue with our banner ad or the content.

Anyway, we will leave this recruiting entirely for you to handle, so you can have the final say on the strategy to use to recruit successfully.

You can try any of these methods
- Take our ad content, and make a better one to post in fb groups.
- Dm people on IG
- If you are not afraid to talk to strangers kind, you can give out namecards and flyers (introduce yourself as a scout will be effective as people will feel good)
- Or if you got many friends type, can try referral strategy and ask your friends to refer their friends. We can give them a referral fee/ reward.
- Others. If you got other ideas can suggest too.


Pay wise:
We will be giving a generous 5% commission (big project) per talent recruited. Min 4 figures sum per talent.

After working with few recruiters, we have manage to build a good system for new recruiters who is interested to join and learn .

Anyone can join as long as you meet these requirements:

- Motivated and have the drive to recruit
- Willing to engage friends and ask them to help share posts or recommend (Don't worry, we have good scripts to use so that when you contact them it is totally natural and casual. They won't find you annoying at all + we give them cash or gifts for their help.)


Also as many people ask, we would like to clarify it is a recurring life-time commission. As long as the influencer is working under us, you'd be able to obtain 5-10% commission monthly (which is 4-5 high figures average here), as due to market trend nowadays influencer can really earn alot, unlike in the past.


Anyone, (even without experience is fine) who is willing to give this project a try feel free to contact me to collaborate. You can try recruit one talent first, and see if it's worth your time, no harm and zero risk.
