- I am also concerned of Bkt Tinggi's location as its strategically located between Taman Sentosa/ Klang Jaya & Pandamaran, (areas that are known to be notorious with gangsterism, burglaries/ theft, murder) while project of Bandar Botanic carried out by Gamuda Land is a total disaster! Those owner sure knows what I'm talking about... I notice the typical South Klang people are too calculative when comes to price negotiation, it's either they want discount, freebies or threatened the business propietor using the so-called strategy, "hey, that fella is offering me this, this & this and why can't you? I go to that fella if you cannot match." Even few businesses have gone bust in Bkt Tinggi area mainly affecting franchises such as Leo's Cafe & Maxima Wardrobe (that's very unhealthy). I see the Ah Ma Kopitiam is barely surviving, wondering if the coffee shop is still around the corner when I last past by few months ago, just like what happened to Maxima when I got their quotation few months back. If I'm not mistaken, the restaurant 1toEat has changed its owner from one to another for a couple of times already. In my point of view, a good developer will not see their customer "die" so fast, but the high rental doesn't help those ppl running their businesses at this moment.
