I'm a finishing up my master's degree with a research project, and I'm running a short 5 mins survey, focusing on tech professionals based in Malaysia - and what makes them stay with / leave their employer.

what is IT profesional means?

my duty is to fix printer, load paper to printer tray, add printer to PC, and my salary is 10k.

is that consider it profesional?

Generally it means people who code for a living i.e. people who work in the software side of things, but I guess hardware support can be considered tech as well. Sounds like you could belong in Tech Support function, which is also one of the job functions listed in my survey!

aiyo so people manage to maintain server, server admin and handle network not consider as it profesional?

based on your description, it profesional is only for who work in software line.

People working in infra (things like server administration and network configs as you mentioned) are considered IT professionals too, we call them Site Reliability Engineers and Network Engineers

Done too, however if I may suggest the part where you have to choose least important or most important thing, maybe reverse the scaling to 1 being the most important and 6 being least important? (page 5 of the survey)

So people can rank it easier and cause less confusion?

Technically you could do so if you used a new email, but I wanted to ensure that people do not accidentally respond twice to this survey. Once is enough
