btw, its panasonic front load machine. spare part i got from panasonic service center PJ.

Lesson I learnt, never buy expensive model. Just get the cheap one. Parts are cheap and easy to find just like a Toyota car,

Washing machine is very expensive to repair to begin with. Parts mahal.

Better yet buy those sub 200 manual machine where u need to transfer by hand for dry spin. Kid not those really beast can use for long time only downside is small.

I think you should either blank out the number or provide more details including back story, full company name and details of your washing machine

rule of thumb, never buy washing machine/fridge with high tech function. dont treat this appliances like smartphone or tv.

My washing machine over warranty I call LG Malaysia fr assistance the customer service file a report told me someone will call me . afternoon same day a technician call told me he received a report on my case told me there's a checking fee of myr110 .ok fine myr110 I paid he come n check the outer tube got lubang cause leaking he need 1 day to get quotation.

I remember the washing machine cost only rm1.6k

I found 2 things in washing machine always faulty - first the mainboard and second got something stuck in the outlet (drain) pipe. The mainboard will cause it to stop functioning and the stucked drain pipe cause it to stop at rinse and unable to drain water out. Mainboard can search in shopee lazada aliexpress.

Panasonic best, tough and even if break down it's due to wear and tear. I changed the belt and pulsator once. Work like new, just can't die until today.

How many years already

Since 2006. 13kg top loader. Front loader will not last that long. Even the body has no rust.

Very durable last time I use top loader too 7kg Panasonic always the water drain pipe got stuck because of coin .My dad like to put coin inside his pocket causing the washing machine sumbat

I using combo LG WM. More than 10yrs now.

3x spoil. Water inlet valve, shock absorber and the motor cover. Cost repair and parts is cheap and reasonable.

Last time I fix Electrolux rm100 like that

no18473 waterfish spotted.

Btw is it true that top load 11kg can fit more than 11kg front load... Cuz you know... Since clothes tend to roll out the front door.

5 years is still new by washing machine standard. At least 10 years before needs servicing is reasonable lifetime.

Bought Electrolux, after 10 years rosak, paid 800 to repair, after a year rosak, buang terus use bigger Toshiba, cheaper to buy. Still have original drier from Electrolux.

Not that tahan also la, my parents has the bosch series 8, nearly 2 years of used the drum pecah already. The repair bill came was around 1k iinm. Worst thing is that the drum needed to be imported from Germany.

By that time they bought another top load machine in order to wash the clothes 😂

If your washing machine is still within the 10 years, it's better to service from the manufacturer. they won't over quote, use new and original parts and cheaper.

No loh I call the LG service center myself the washing machine is around 4 years overwarranty.The LG customer service assign outside technician to check the machine n the quotation is per the title I put
