Hi,

Your Question:
Have u show them the Scan copy of way bill to prove
> that the parcel received
> is you?

Yes. I showed to them. And they advise me to make a
complaint to hong kong post OR inform the sender@you
to make complaint. I did both.

Actually I want to buy more zoids but after this thing
occur....a bit scared it will happen again. The first
two orders were no problems and item is in very good
wrapping and excellent condition.

wah difficult to argue this one!

tracking says departure from HK already. The only time it states that is when the AWB is scanned when load on board.

One can only argue that, the parcel did not managed to go on board at HK after the tracking scan...

OR

arrived at Malaysia but did not reach POS Kastam Malaysia for the scan.

SO

between those time is totally untraceable!

But i ponder why do people want to rob you of TOYs?? really unlucky la but i wish u all the best man.

I've built the Shield Liger Blox amazingly cute, if this falls into the "wrong" hands such as Kindredd, he will make a paint job out of it! cry.gif Quite expensive for a small limited blox. If anyone interested pls see my sales list below.
