Hi. Planning to buy a 2tb ssd this 11.11 sale, primary purpose would be for game storage (already have a adata sx8200 1tb for boot drive).

Looking for m.2 form, unless price performance ratio does not make sense.

Found a few models from amazon sg, is it ok to buy from there? (Seems more cheaper and more variety) or better to buy thru lazada/shopee/other store

1. PNY XLR8 CS3030

2. Western Digital 2TB WD Blue SN570

3. NV2 2TB M.2 2280

4. Crucial CT2000P2SSD8 P2

5. Western Digital 2TB WD Green SN350

6. PNY CS2130

All 6 are similar in price range. Would appreciate if can recommend me from on of these or others within the same budget.

Both of those are almost double the price on lazada/shopee compared to the ones I listed on amazon sg. Any experience shopping on amazon sg btw?

Nothing nearer to 600-700 range for 2 tb SSD? If those 6 are so terrible, would it be better to get a sata 2.5 drive SSD instead?

My experience is you should always try to buy local, even if the price is slightly more expensive. I bought something from Sh*pee/China seller, and it went wrong after 3 months. The seller say "just send back to me". Not worth the postage to send back, luckily only a soldering iron worth RM 30.

Ah i thought since this was amazon, their customer support would be better. But i do share the same concerns as you. Its why i am reluctant to buy things online, my experience with brick and mortar shops is that they will help you with warranty with no cost from my side.

SATA SSD is transfering at 500 MB/s. Even PNY XLR8 CS3030, it run at 3000+ MB/s. A lot of different. Up to 6~7 times faster.
