Which one better based on your experience ? in terms of interest rate, flexibility, etc

I check RinggitPlus rank Maybank and Public, pretty high in terms of lower interest rates

I book property from Ideal Property Group, their recommended bankers are from CIMB, HongLeong, UOB but I do quick check on Ringgit Plus, seems like interest pretty high

I think they gonna send me a CIMB bank banker since my main bank acc is CIMB. First time Home buyer, what to look out for ?

Ask for the offered specific tie-in rate for the proj you are buying into (panel banks).
Then verify against their free market base rate

Ask all their panel banks for the offer, then compared.
I see there's no point arguing too if there's very limited option for some of us for e.g. who are unable to get 90% loan for some banks, while other banks able to offer that.

they say can send a banker for each bank, a max of 3, but public bank already full, whatever that means

Meaning the total loan allocated to finance the project oredi all taken up.

You can always find other banks if you're not interested with those package. But do take note that developer's package are not applicable to all banks.

There's a reason why they have chosen bank panel and offered those package (cash back, free MOT SPA fees, etc)
