Yes, you said all the case id to cs, say this much of case, still unable to use voucher for check out, still not fixed, and 12.12 is incoming, you gonna purchase laptop for it, but if no voucher then you will be moving to another platform for purchase etc.
You may get high chance if you proof that you are a high value customer, like HSBC 1000-100 vc unable to use but got a lot of high value/price orders etc.
Still, it is cs problem for not up your case to higher lvl, they should did this when it is out of low lvl for processing this case.
And yes, unable to place order without vc is better than this, because it means whole shut down to your account, not just shadow that might be a trigger of bug without leaving any record in system.
