We have visited the showroom before. We likes the layout and location. But the density of the location is our concern.
As beside also have Residensi Bintang and Mercu Jalil. Sum up of these 3 projects nearly have 4k units.   
We also worried because of the density will affect the property future value.

Now my boyfriend is submitting the documents for loan approval.
Is it worth to purchase for own stay (first 5-10 years) and will for investment in future.
Kindly advice yah, as both of us are entry level into purchasing property.
