Pros:
1) location not bad, hike on pav 2 , kl wellness city and tzu chi int school, can access to 2 side of bukit jalil - puchong highway but not direct into the busy action places

2) some carpark is tandem
3) 1k+ units
4) alot high tech access feature like car plate reg, face reg, qr , not sure will cause high maintenance in future, but i guess if high take up rate cost can easily share with 1k + units.

DBKL thinks Bukit Jalil highway not enough jam yet and approved another 1K unit condo. Haha. Pros:
