Went to view just now area looks quite nice. Trusted developer but really cb the pricing. It's rawang ffs. Maybe should just buy condo near city center with 1m

These kind of new house in Kota Kinabalu already more than 1.5M. And you have to think of what opportunity here can offer you to afford such pricing.

Gamuda garden is Desapark City wannabe....I rather stay in DPC condo for that price. Freehold some more

Not a problem for some people. Janji hit KPI for 2022 or 2023 because they already planned for grandkids (gf pun tak ada tapi sudah plan for grandkids)

Although the address says Rawang / Kuang, GG is actually at Sg. Serai / Kundang Jaya.
Yeah, the houses in GG are overpriced just because the landscape is 'up-to-par' with DPC.
The only good thing about GG is the interchange that connects directly to the PLUS Rawang Selatan toll.
