Need recommendation/suggestion - will be starting new job in Klang. need a place to stay but undecided where

I personally prefer Subang SS area. have rented a room in ss19 before. access to highway (federal) is so easy and traffic to klang is quite smooth (against traffic).

I have tried to look through most condo in Subang SS area and seems not so appealing. either too big, too expensive, very old/rundown, etc.

what i am looking for:
- condo/house either one is fine. prefer investment grade - easily rented out and hold its value
- close to vibrant/happening area
- easy access to highway towards klang (want to avoid traffic jams as much as possible)

budget 2.5k - 3k per month. 10% downpayment is ok.
other areas like ara dsara/ KJ/ PJ is ok as long as meet criteria above
oh also i am 30 and not married yet. plan to get married in future
