Pitta @ Miharja & Vierra @ Kinrara also same ma...all also need to get loan approval first. Where got rumawip projects wait till KWP open already baru start selling? When rumawip first launched back in dunno how many years got la, developers wait until kwp up d only started selling, then public registered in kwp portal, layak d straight away can choose unit. Back then 100% loan still very rare, out of 1000 registered, maybe 450 cannot get loan, another 450 no money pay downpayment, only 100 can get loan and can pay downpayment.

Actually now is buyer's market, if we dont feel comfortable, we don't like the project, just let them rot aside. There are still many good projects out there ma.

the agent did show the "upgraded tiles" in the sales office.
actually very simple ma, don't feel comfortable, then dont buy.
no point rushing to own a property.
still got plenty of options out there, PV got 1 project near tasik selatan,
RM4xxk, 9xx sf, got 2 car parks lagi.
can look at that one la.

For buyers of gov project, 100k increment is already stretching the budget and PV quality is not exactly better anyways

Residensi wilayah is not really a gov project like PPR
look at the buyers of residensi wilayah, you will notice most can afford 4xxk properties and some even can buy up to 1mil properties.
Even PV quality might not be above par, it will be better than apartment with 1 by 1 tiles, no aircond pipings, 2 aircond points, 1 heater point?

Name card everyone can modify it and even create new card with bank logo, is easy.
And the name card actually provided by agent also, the agent I knowing from XHS.. sweat.gif
(My funny story: I told my agent I don't know the banker, my agent told me 'oh, no problem, the banker I liaise with him/her long time ago, he/she's trustable!', my thinking at that time was 'I don't even know you but you want me to put the trust on someone you trusted..')

Sorry can't give you the banker's name because feel like is P&C.
Actually, the whole process feel unsecure, from knowing this project until booking and sign on the bank offer letter, because nowadays scam happened everywhere.

But seems like this is the trend now, information from online, from app, submit document via Whatsapp, via email, no more heading to bank. Everything is just fast and furious (in order to get the unit) and have to put trust on someone you don't know.
Hope everything is genuine, I already try to be careful and going through some verification process. But sometimes scammer is very smart.... <pray>

By the way, in front of Rumahwip will have open market project under same developer. Is it sharing the same facilities with us?
Any news for the open market project? eg: how many block or how many units?

Because for this Rumahwip one of the advantage is low density, looks like if add up the new project shouldn't be so called 'low density' right?

Being fool by developer? hmm.gif

Saya tak faham. Why still jumping in when you're not confident? I suggest you cancel your unit asap and buy something that give you peace of mind
Buying a house is a happy milestone in life, but if the process gives you headache, anxiety, tak kira la how good is the project, you should not proceed.
