Hi guys any ideas which unit i should get? Both highway and evening sun view available, but highway mostly taken. Wouldnt it be noisy? Also anyone know why unit 1 and 19 are the least chosen?

Still have non-bumi units?

High foot traffic (noise concern)
Close to corridor/lift separation door - door slamming (noise concern)
Facing evening sun

Only bumi left 150

How bout unit 6 do u think its fine? Facing highway? If facing west, 1-5 or 14-19 better?

i think based on the booked units tabulation table, it clearly reflects the real demand which is facing facilities/highway is more favored compared to facing evening sun.

I had tough time deciding as well because facing evening sun is clear view since there wont be any future development and it's facing landed old development.

But yeah, the table did skew my decision towards highway instead to avoid the evening sun.

I cannot dictate what's best for your. It's all up to your personal preference.

Unit 6 is a bit too far from lift to the unit, but okay i guess. At least during festive season, can leverage on the small opening near the staircase and enjoy the occasional bunga api during festive seasons.

Facing Highway is a bad choice. You might no able to open the window due to noises. Its highway not a normal road, night you might hear racing sounds. 😔

Between this and evening sun better take the later since you can cover with tinted plus curtain. Noise issue is you must on aircond and close tight the window.



For private housing projects, every 1 or 2 floor is different by a RM1000. Since rumahwip doesn't have this scheme, its best to take the higher floor. Also the parking will located for you at lower level.

no, unless you marry a bumi or wait for bumi release (if no buyer for the bumi lot on certain period of time)
