I have 4 of the exact same model ceiling fan in my home, almost all purchased at the same time, 1 of them spin extremely slowly, all others no issue.

Attempt to troubleshoot the slow 1, cant figure out why, please help/suggest.

Its perfectly balanced, went up use finger to touch each fin while it spin, the height different between each fin is equal, or almost not noticeable, and while it spin, the core stays in the middle so it should not caused by balancing.

Fin all ok, no bend, no damage, all looks the same, material is like plastic, very flexible.

Turned it off and use finger try to spin it, it can be easily rotated, compare with other similar fans. Nothing is blocking it.

What else might be the cause ? Thanks.

open up and saw capacitor

labelled 2uf 500vac 50/60hz

found a close 1 450vac in shopee, ok or not ?
