I am currently checking new house in Iskandar area . I went to visit a cluster house in the Woodland under Horizon hill. I think the house and environment is consider quite good , but the price is quite high for a cluster house.

Developer doesn't want to lower the price at all

At current situation (not sure if recession will happen or not ) , I am thinking to buy it but at the same time not so sure if it is worth or not, or I should wait longer

I am buying for own stay and not investment.

Any opinion would be greatly appreciated

Plus new shopping mall (horizon square) is under construction

Got international school, Chinese school, commercial lots....

And very peaceful.....

I do have flexible working hours , and can WFH .

Plan to avoid peak and jam timing if possible

My budget is around 1 mil.

In Iskandar region, I don't see much new landed properties . What are the new launch properties you are referring ?
Others that I have check are quite expensive like Eco, Aurora sentral , East ledang side and etc
I am currently looking at those that are finish built or will finish build in next year .

If like that you probably choose this since traffic is not your concern anymore

Horizon hill is not a bad place considering its ambience and price.

Just make yourself comfort will do.
