I want to buy new notebook, please advise which is better, Dell Latitude or Lenovo T14
Budget RM 5k plus max
Onsite support must be good, my last notebook now in SC less than 2 years. Don't know how long will be in SC while my last dell similar problem settled on the spot for me.
Light weight less than 1.5kg cause need to do sales and walk a lot door to door.
Why Lowyat garage all dell saja no Lenovo?
Thanks

Dell great after service, premium support worth to invest on.

Lenovo after service is terrible. Takes so long and give back my yoga laptop with a lot of scratches. Also after few years, yoga Lenovo casing becomes disintegrate / fall apart, can’t find anyone to replace. Lenovo parts difficult to find, after service is non existent.

Meanwhile my dell Vostro hinge was broken, Dell technician come to my house and fix in few days. No problem with parts.

Dell - easy install when formatted windows and bios working
Lenovo - bit difficult because keyboards and boost device not working in bios sometimes

speaking for support, dell. Personally I like T14s/X13 but outlet and online seems 2 different entities, you like certain model need buy online.
Thinkpad parts easy to get online, if you buy used laptop this is better

Anything but Lenovo, worst experience ever. Bad quality hardware, bad after sales service.

Not logical to ask which brand

better put which specific model you are targeting.

I over see >200 Dell & Lenovo laptops, service level is same in my experience.
