To a certain extent, I agree with cstkl1 that the "kopitiam" style of posting/speaking/typing (...) is getting to be very widely used in other "serious" (or what is deemed to be at least serious) subforums.

BUT, I believe that some of us as "non-kopitiam style" members can make a difference. Don't be like them. Simple. If others do silly things. You don't like it. Don't follow.

To the TS, have patience. If you dislike the way someone speaks or even flames, IGNORE. That is the safest.

just thought that in the hardware section u guys are obligated for point out facts.

the other day i pointed out lyn control panel and forums etc the way it was structred to another owner of a forum on how good it is etc..

he said this " lyn is pretty good but " he will never let the hardware forum go to that extent of actually having no basis.
I asked him whats the reason . Cause the internet is widely available and if that forums is THE forum in malaysia it does influence buying decisions. ..

anyway i made my point. and uve heard it. so i am thank full atleast for that much.

but if the complainee had a valid reason for my taunting of his remarks.. then please prove it to me that his remarks was justified. i seriously dont see the hardware forum being a discussion of i hurt your feelings crap thing going on.

I dont know a lot of things in computer and hence whatever i say if somebody was to correct it via anyway i will accept it and find the facts.. or even asked the person to explain instead of claiming this that arent true..

anybody who takes 3dmark06 as a measurement of real performance gaming is bonkers.
