so I received an email from a mnc company on 12th October that they will move me onto interview stage for the sales rep role, and they asked me about my availability for an interview for the next two weeks.

After replying to them (I replied saying I'm available during weekdays) on the same day, I never heard back from them since.

its 28th October today which is like, over two weeks after the interview availability email?
Should I send them an email asking for follow ups? My application status on workday is shows to be "Interview in process"

I've looked up some forums regarding my question and most advised against it because some hiring managers doesn't like getting rushed or something

And some people who have went through that company's hiring process said it might take up to a month to receive an invitation to interview from them (But in mine they asked about my availability for the next two weeks?)

...so yeah I came here asking for advises

Thanks!

You have nothing to lose if you want to send a follow-up email or even call them.

It shows you really want the job (passionate, eager) and it also shows you are responsible in a sense that you want to tie up the lose end etc.

Who knows, they might have misplaced your form or your previous email might have even ended up in SPAM folder.

So just do it. You have nothing to lose.

Most likely the key persons who are suppose to join the interview session are not available together. Highly likely the one in the cc loops.

Ask. Shows you are interested. If they have bad impreasion because you did that, its a terrible company and you wouldnt want to join them anyway.

I had experience when HR gone silent, so I asked how is my application going on. She replied nicely saying hiring manager is tied up due to company events. I eventually got the job after 2-3 interviews.
