Also share a screenshot of the emails you are receiving? We have had a backlog issue with notification email, so if your topic is fairly recent, and the notification was never received before, it could be due to that. Do PM me a screenshot of the email(s) and we'll look into it.

as mentioned, if you didn't receive these notifications previously, the notifications you received are due to the clearance of backlogs from the system.

However if you've received the notifications before, and continue to receive the same notifications again, do let us know. Otherwise this issue is a one off due to a backlog stemming from an update to our mail delivery system.
