I have proceeded to make the switch to Hotlink Prepaid through the phone call, and they will call me back in 3 working days. so now your route is maxis postpaid to hotlink prepaid to hotlink postpaid right? just need to wait 30 days. |

Yea, so far for my Maxis legacy postpaid plan, the route is Hotlink Prepaid first, then to Hotlink Postpaid. This route has to be done via 123 call center. then call again 123 to change to hotlink postpaid. seems like their center cannot do much. |
