I was charged CPP in CIMB on July, I call to cancelled, they said they will and they will refund the charge, last few days i received charge again, I call again to cancel, the customer service help me check, and said I got call to cancel but they didnt cancel it, basically I was still charge every month for it, wtf, CIMB shady af
