Finally watched the 1st episode
 . The quality of the animation is superb compared to the previous series. From the 1st episode, I'm expecting there will be more drama (betrayal, jealousy) later on. Let's just hope it will not turn out to be a "NICE BOAT" kind of ending  |

The D.C.S.S was the second season for the first Da Capo with Junichi and Nemu as the main hero and heroine.
Da Capo II set 50 years after the first series. The main heroines, Yume and Otome are the grand daughters of both Junichi and Nemu (I love U Nemu!!! Incest FTW!!!!)  |

Just a question for those who watched both Da Capo & D.C.S.S.
Issit ok to watch this DC2 with only minimal knowledge of the previous 2 seasons before? I know most of the previous casts but i cant seem to watch the anime. But i do read the manga though. Heh. |

Yes, because the characters are obviously different from the previous casts (well, except for Sakura, but that is another story for another day).

wow.....so fast got tis anime's thread! I've watched both Da Capo & DCSS... dun reli believe my eyes when they released Da Capo II. (i thought at 1st they're releasing DCSS again but i'm wrong).

orz....
darn after listening to otome's character cd's itazura na egao (mischievous smile) I crave for a onee-san. Wonder how my life would be if i were not the eldest (brother) and have an oneesan 1 year older than me instead. (Oto~tokun~ ?  ) Seriously I kinda know how my youngest brother feel not having a little sister/brother. Not so interested in nemu (perhaps I am not into airport chest? )But her granddaughters really turn me on. D.C. II S.S. is a little better than the first season i think. Hope for more "Ef" elements though And why does Sakura start to become so emo just like Furude Rika towards the end Higurashi 1st season? Yukari tamura's trademark? Planning to play the game after this ridiculous final exams. |

its like the 1st and 2nd generation. Da Capo Second Season is continue of Da Capo Da Capo II Second Season is continue of Da Capo II smth like a same series, but different version. |

afaik galgames' 2D nature does not need the woohs and waahs of PS3.
That's why ps2 is still the preferable choice. recently PC versions are also emerging. |
