TronLink wallet with zero TRX

hi Guys,
While exploring various wallet and crypto exchange. I made a mistake of transferring all my USDT (very small amount) into my newly created TronLink wallet.
without realising I need some TRON TRX in it for gas fee etc.
So now my USDT is in this Tron wallet, but since without TRX I cant transfer it out, and doing a swap from USDT => TRX inside TRON also not possible becuz of zero TRX.
Any suggestions? Beside from pump in fresh money to purchase TRX?

Checking, from the screenshot attached. If I have ENUF bandwidth in my wallet, then this trxn will just deduct my bandwidth by 100 and won't consumed any TRX coin? Only when my my bandwidth not enuf, then I will charged 1.1TRX? Is my understanding above correct? Attached thumbnail(s)
