new unit quite ok. liveable for 2-4 adults. decent unit.
comes with 4 AC units. rest all bare. 2 bathrooms looks ok. no kitchen, at most pantry size only. can do minor kitchen cabinet + island. need some creative ID to maximize the rooms and kitchen too. |
