Usually these never heard of brands like illegear, level51, and these ones like Machinike are rebranding Clevo and TongFang laptops

Nothing wrong with that as they're well respected manufactures and many brands rebrand them
The difference is the components that the one rebranded it decides to use (for say ram, SSD, display), could be high quality or low quality.
As well as the support they offer, which usually won't be as good as the big giants like Dell, HP, Lenovo

Only buy if you know how to fix your own laptop or at least have sufficient knowledge about IT hardware.
I have an Illegear gaming laptop since year 2019.

You don't expect driver or BIOS updates from Illegear. You need to spend abit more time to find drivers. BIOS updates sometimes do contain security patches from time to time.

If you want less hassle and better after-sales support, buy from Lenovo, HP and Dell . And make sure you get at least 3 years warranty , if not , it is highly advisable to pay extra for it .
