Be tough. Dont be weak protege trainer.
I’ve handled more than 10 protege trainers in the past 2 years. What can I say, many didn’t make the mark. Many not willing to learn. Many want it easy. Those that performed, I absorbed as contract staff, and if he/she endure, I offered permanent position. |
