I visited this condo recently and was enticed by the serenity. Exploring viability of buying a unit there for own stay. Property is 20+ yr old hence would require some extensive internal renovation no doubt. But the external condition looks pretty good. Coupled with the low density vis a vis the land size of development, it seems quiet (while I was there in a Sunday) as compare to the traffic along Jalan TR and Ampang.

I recall that there was a sink hole at 16 Taman U Thant about 2 yrs ago which is just next door. Not sure if the units here were impacted. Any owners here that care to share before I progress further? 🙏🏻

Seldom do owners talk bad or poorly about their property, else how to find buyer ?

We are all selfish or with self interest for various reasons.

Appoint a building inspectors to check b4 proceeding. He also cant guarantee nothing will happen in the future.

In life, no natter how careful is the person, if natural disaster were to strike, it will strike and consider bad luck.
