Sorry guys....
I walked-in Maxis Center Garden, they said Maxis will take time to terminate my Maxis Home Fiber service, as the service center cannot do the termination for customers.
2-years contract already finished
no outstanding bill
but they said it need to take 37 days for my termination request....
then i try to call the customer service....
Or try to reach the Customer Service via WhatsApp (Live Chat) or phone call....
but all cannot reach them...
Why? And how to make sure my Maxis Home Fiber has been successfully terminated?
I don't want to get bill for next or next 2 bills without using it.
