 How to terminate Maxis Home Fiber

Sorry guys....

I walked-in Maxis Center Garden, they said Maxis will take time to terminate my Maxis Home Fiber service, as the service center cannot do the termination for customers.

2-years contract already finished
no outstanding bill
but they said it need to take 37 days for my termination request....

then i try to call the customer service....
Or try to reach the Customer Service via WhatsApp (Live Chat) or phone call....

but all cannot reach them...

Why? And how to make sure my Maxis Home Fiber has been successfully terminated?
I don't want to get bill for next or next 2 bills without using it.

go maxis center..
last time i went to garden maxis center for termiante office 1...
but dam quite slow... till keep charge us for the monthly ..
then end up complain to mcmc

dint pay them at all...
cause maxis keep delay and dint update us anything, even we every 2 or 3 days ask for update..
end up mcmc is ur last choice... and take note mcmc aso will take atleast 2 or 3 weeks to resolve ur issue.(with proof)

I went to the same center on 16/10 and my line got terminated on 20/10. No issue.
