My remote died within a week. Sent it for warranty claim at an authorised service Center in Berjaya Times Square. Was told might take up to two weeks

I was told no issue with my apple tv remote, the service center just had to do pairing of my TV remote with my apple tv and it works. The remote somehow lost pairing with my apple tv. vez liked this post
