Anyone sifu here knows where can I look for any reputable service in Penang Island that provides renovation for apartment balcony like aluminium glass windows?

Preferably near around Bayan Lepas or Taman Lip Sin area of Penang Island if possible.

If is just remove and replace with existing aluminium frame, most aluminium window makers can do it.

If is wooden frame, then you need an indon worker to do the wet work first to remove it and replaster after the installation.

Previously went to 1 of the supplier around Bayan Lepas area found via google review, but when I go there the service is just horrible, unprofessional and arrogant, then I decided not to renovate since I'm not in a hurry, after a few months, I saw some other people added a review complaining the same thing as I experienced.
