I am very interested become project cordinator.
But I do not have experience.
I work in IT technical background and i would like to change my career.
Please advise is there any chance for me and how i start up.

Read up on the various project management methodologies and understand what are the key drivers in each of them. A coordinator is basically the person who chases the various parties to work according to the project. One of the main roles of the coordinator is basically chasing status, ensuring that documentation and deliverables are met and documented through the project lifecycle. It becomes more complex when project members are working on multiple projects so trying to get them to divide their time is key.
