I’m a complaince officer at one of local banks, i got an offer from RAM recently as credit rating analyst for their corporate customers with salary increament 57% higher than my current salary right now.

I would like to ask those who’re working/have worked or probably knows anyone who’re working/have worked with RAM on the following : -

1) How’s the environment in the company is like?
2) How’s the Job? Is it difficult for someone with no experience in credit analysis to catch up?
3) How’s the increament and bonus?
