I've jus noticed there's a small 'bonjol' @ the front bonet of my 8yr wira. think it's rust forming rite? any ideas how can i stop the rust from spreading?

dumb me, is there any significant difference if i were to change the normal spark plugs to the performance based? aso what are the performance cables for?

i'm driving a stock 1.6A wira, looking to extract more performance from it (aka better mileage) with minimal FC compromisation. which actions should i take? i plan to.

a) decarbonise the engine
b) change to better spark plugs (iridium)
c) drop in a K&N filter, no? which one should i go, open or drop in?

btw i've just changed the throttle body servo kit on my wira 1.6a. failed after 105xxx km. costs me rm170.. pretty std market charge?

ya it's too control da idling rpm. Something like a plastic gear with teeth and a spring..i'm not into cars, juz observed when mine was changed.

here's another fuel test from my 1.6A . pumped Rm30 + RM40 + Rm30 , gives me 680km.

Travelled around PJ/SJ/KL. 50% fast speed , 50% stop go, low speed

my 1.6a wira tripmeter(correct term?) seem to 'stall' occasionally, any ideas how much to get it fix? the whole thing need 2 be changed rite?

stall as it wouldnt move...so i got to reset it again...and sometimes it's ok, and sometimes it would stall again... btw approx how much?
