QUOTE(DannGun @ Oct 10 2007, 11:31 AM) Around 180 000 km. I'm using Shell helix plus engine oil and shell super for fuel. dude...xxxKM per tank of RMxx? Not the total car mileage I heard that aerodynamics can help reduce fuel consumption at high speed. And some users in Lowyat says that there are something to be put on the fuel tank (like tablet or liquid) to clean the fuel tank and can boost fuel economy.. I don't know how true it is.. QUOTE(Killerz622 @ Oct 10 2007, 11:44 AM) dun look down on them...some really work. Either that or the bulan rahmadan traffic is confusing me This post has been edited by Aeon_Clock: Oct 10 2007, 12:03 PM |

QUOTE(Arkaine @ Oct 11 2007, 08:54 AM) He got extra tank inside.... Mine fill up rm75 almost full. Wonder where will the remaining 15 will go to? ah...this. I have a feeling its our spare tank. I tried once driving really long distance without filling up...coz I didn't see the fuel warning light turn on yet. I went above 400km that time...forgot exact amount. Anyway the petrol bill that time went up to around 75 bucks too. All these while, when I fill-up the tank...the fuel warning light didn't come up. I just see the fuel indicator needle ady at "E" so I go pump. |

no no...when it reaches below 0 then only light up. But even then the car can go another 50km before filling up.

dirty engine oil may affect the fuel consumption a little, but that's probably coz the pistons are not lubricated properly. I think your problem is much more serious than dirty engine oil...and your mileage...wow
