 Do I need to pay when I leave during probation?

why 3 years contract? they send you overseas for training? or the training is very expensive????

no such thing as need to pay compensation like this la
for me. I will never sign a contract like this,it is lop sided
do you know what probation means, it is testing period, if they are happy with your performance they will retain you, if you are happy with the way they treat you, you will stay. its mutual.
resignation notice during probation is usually 24 hours, they can get rid of you or if you are not happy you can resign. why need to pay them back compensation for 6 months or 3 years?
So if i complete 6 months or 3 years, what do I get in return?

Please seek clarification or skip the job.
