Agent doesn't want to reveal the actual location of the project. Does anybody know where is the actual location of the project or new house?

Go ahead to attend, then update here.

Just dont get carried away with sales talk and pay a deposit without further background check on the developer.

Possible the developer launching few units to test market. If response is good, there is always a reason to increase price for the next launch.

yeah 2 different projects by different developers at different area.. one launch soon one launch next year.. for more info, better go ask the agents

but is still better than someone that gave the wrong info? agents definitely can give more info than I do, since they only showed me the brochure on site.

Saying you know the correct info and not sharing with others is as good to say you dont know the location.

Right or wrong is for ts to decide whether to visit tbe agency if location suits him.

yeah agree, but at least better than agent who gave wrong info... verify it urself if u want to buy rather spoonfeed..
