3 tower management-
I found out there is no place to keep our delivery parcel, notified by the deliver boy they are instructed by your security guard for us to keep & collect it at the selected convenient store which cost us additional RM 2 fee during collection required to pay to counter; otherwise, we are not allow to collect our own parcels.

Hi, usually only document is allowed to be delivered to unit door. Other than that e.g: parcel, food is not allowed
(i don't know what they reply to me? if only document i don't what the mail box function?)damn stupid

I dont think it is necessary or good to talk bad about your own condo in public. We cant solve your condo problems.

If your have grievances, take it up in the next Agm.

But the problem in many AGM, only few will turn up. Most would like to talk outside to 'solve' problem.

Only if the condo majority sold out, if majority of unit is own by developer, developer decision = public decision.

3 Tower is mixed development right? Is it occupied rate good? Do your owner group have discuss this issue?

Pretty normal i guess, even some corporate offices also having ticket machine at certain parking floor instead of all floors. Read the signage before u enter the lift lobby. Those parcels are pretty standard, unless u sponsor them to build a parcel room just for u.
But just to create an account to tell ur frustration won't solve ur issur, better go talk to ur JMB or MO.. Or raise it in AGM.. If just tenant, then go for landed next time.

i have wrote a complain letter to management but no one take their responsibility to replay. and already few monthly ago and i sent reming also same...... that y i open the forum to discuss is it some issue with me?
