i just found out this new property from "mahajaya developer", any thought or comment?

i should write this "2-storey superlink the courtyard @ bandar damai perdana, cheras by mahajaya" instead of just "mahajaya"

This dev has been developing bandar damai perdana for decades already. No worry about abandonship, just quality is the discussion based on earlier phases.
TS can go to the said taman and have a look. Their sales gallery is always there. Suggest TS just walk in to ask more questions abt this project.

the workmanship is not tip top, but definitely genuine developer, dont think it will abandon. you can go to their website check, the go subsales/rent unit of their completed unit. the style and material use for all his project almost same. cater for those m40 people mostly.

But the content has explicitly spelt
"The Courtyard @ Bandar Damai Perdana, Cheras"

This site MUST be an empty land of BDP, can't run away.

What l did in the past was just walked in to their sales gallery and asked. They would give the details as they could(despite not launched) and left my contact number there.

Later take a tour at BDP and see if this place is suitable for you and your family.
Not everyone likes it.

Interested, got some info from the developer, RM 1.3mil onwards, worth it? Heard a lot about the not so good quality from this developer, a bit hesitated if it’s RM 1.3mil property with bad quality.

Mahajaya, Mah Sing, Talam, LBS
shared the name of bad quality
Mahajaya developed Taman Damai Utama (Bandar Kinrara) link houses in 2005, the quality is sucks, however recent 118 Residence landed seems decent.
They will deliver, no abandon doubt

yeah,
Talam is worse previously, NOw Mah Sing (Bad Reputation), Mahajaya slightly better than Talam, LBS same to Talam
