Preference: 3R2B, 2 Carpark, near to PJ / Jln 223
not sure how to choose between these 2 project, or any other better choice.
developer wise - seem like Eupe better

material and offering - close, maybe helix better

psf - dwitara lower

potential or risk (development)- Dwitara, higher potential and higher risk
dilemma

if i'm not mistaken, type A,B,C, need to queue, type D still have some units
