Recently I just change my mattress to latex type. But, sleep not so well in last few days.
And this happened to my parents too. Is it because we used to sleep on spring mattress and it require some time adjusting?

QUOTE(Buffalo Soldier @ Oct 12 2022, 04:47 PM) Out of curiosity, what was the reason for changing from spring to latext? Being pursuaded by the promoter... I thought latex is much more comfortable than spring

QUOTE(Ethan_Rob @ Oct 18 2022, 09:24 AM) If you don't sleep well, the first thing you should consider is the orientation of your bed. The orientation of the bed is preferably north-south, which is the same as the earth's magnetic field. Oh thanks for enlighten me.. Not sure what is my bed orientation. But, due to limited room size, I only can position it as it is now
