Hi, can recommend good quality power bank car jumper that sales in shopee or lazada?

Of course charges (the last time I checked) RM50 may seem high..

But the powerbank cost almost RM200. We don't need jumpstart every month, most likely once in 3 years? The RM200 powerbank won't last 10 years I guess..

A cable would be good to have one in the car as most other drivers wouldnt mind help to jumpstart a dead battery.

bought this one, so far being use on my car quite often and haven't disappoint me.

My car sit idle at fama house months and currently driving wife car. So need to jumpstart whenever wanna bring my car out..

what to do.. i fucuk my car wiring, somehow now got electrical leakage..
previously, if few weeks to month no drive, can still start, nowadays after the wiring damage, car cannot start after 5 days not driving

I'm too lazy to loosen up my battery connector as I might be driving my car if wife use her car again.

I have 2 types.

Bosch C7 for home charging and 70mai for portable charging.

Both prove very useful for weekend cars.

Brought 70mai too, just incase. One time in mall forgot off lights. Scared already. Brought for backup just incase. But never have change to try it yet. Can use as normal powerbank though. Heavier a bit

My office got a cheap one 70+ je still use until today ( agak agak 4-5 yr ).

If your option is locally available, then 70mai max probably your best bet.

Else, if have budget. Get AUTOWIT from TAOBAO

Power bank jumper is even more expensive than buying a car battery and a set of cable. I would send to a car electrical guy for repair if I spending RM3XX for a portable car jumper

You mean my car battery? If jump start and drive whole day, can last about 2-3 days max (even at 3rd day car struggle to start), 5 days onward, can turn on but can't crank.. if left more than a weeks++, can't turn ON at all.

I'm in KL tho.. my car age is 8 years old. There was a lot of wire cutting when installing aftermarket IFU, front camera.. somehow after those mishap, car battery bit cacat already.

The power bank can last how long or days or months from a single charge without using. Sorry not being clear.

powerbank can last quite some time.. you can see this local review, he kept about month plus before officially use it



personal experience, I once kept the PB for 2 months before start using it again and somehow it still maintain the same charge and able to jumpstart my car.

seems like you car is pulling quite a bit of voltage when it's not running, suggest to have it checked by wireman

i'd recommend Kwong Weng Auto Electrical Service and Trading, they've fix my car's electrical issue few times since few years ago. price is reasonable too

Yea I brought to one of my local repair shop and they weren't able to diagnose since do not have right equipment for it... hence I bought 70mai jumper pack to continuously jump the car and charge car battery over n over again whenever I need to drive the car.

Bro. the battery is not cacat la. 1 possibility for the battery dying early is the modifications done, as that can possibly cause a small parasitic drain on your battery. That is why never do modifications if possible. If front camera is a must have, buy a new car with that feature or select the model that has it. All these modifications cannot trust one. There is a thread in lowyat wherein the forummer bought a new Axia, basic cheap mah, and added a couple of modifications outside. Outside shop said no problem easy job. Lepas tu, car cannot start. Dunno what happened after that as the guy last reported want to go to the SC to ask for help but didn't not update the thread any longer.

coming back to my current idle car... yea i suspect the same as well.

The forummer said that the shop guaranteed him that there would be no cutting or splicing of existing wires but there was.

So to a me reputable aftermarket shop is one who will bear full responsibility & cost of making good a vehicle that they had accidentally damaged while doing works on it. Buyer beware.

I'll get my car check concerning the parasitic loss and hopefully it will fix those battery drain issue.

I never thought that I would say this but why is your charger not useful ?

When yr battery internal issue etc charger won't be much help.

Correct and that is when the battery starts its degradation process and it is pointless using a charger by then. The idea of an external charger is to keep a battery in a continously in a high SoC & SoH before it starts degrading.
