As my role requires shift rotation, my current shift is 7-4pm, off fri and sat
Which means if my working day falls on PH, i need to work and i will get extra PH pay. Also, i can also opt for PH leave.
As Im now serving notice, and HR set my last physical working day on 24th, i just realized it is Deepavali. Its Monday, means its my working day.
Would like to know if HR or supervisor have the rights to reject my Ph leave on that day?
