I wonder if a non big 4 firms / mid tier in sg is really “value added” for you to get a higher post. Tbh I think the workload / working style for MY Big 4 and SG Big 4 actually quite similar. IMO don’t think that 1 year exp associate in SH Big4 is being considered as a first year SA here in MY Big 4, what’s more if you are from SG mid tier Jay.C1992 liked this post

assuming from associate applying to be a senior associate? or senior associate applying to be a manager? no, i dare to say they won't give you a higher position unless you are exceptional |
