Hello guys, smile.gif first time buyer and bought a unit here.. want to ask here cause lawyer no responding to me sweat.gif
2 weeks ago I had already sign with bank, developer and lawyer. I actually didn't paid any fee to lawyer yet as property agent tell me lawyer will help submit imiliki for exemption. Lawyer also said he will update me again the amount if got exemption.
Do you guys know how long the process ? I assume am actually waiting for imiliki approval right? sweat.gif

Not SAMM , i bought type A in block 3 for own stay biggrin.gif So you mean the party i should engage right now is lawyer only? I dont know how long is the imiliki application process and what is pending right now haha.
My wife sis stay there and i always go to PH area. Compare to the place i currently stay, here is less pack, but in future dont know lol.

I also saw a post few days ago a forummer said the imiliki not passed due to the discount 9.4%, also confuse about this, cuz during choose unit the sales agent tell me there's certain of unit not applicable for imiliki because lawyer submitted alot and rejected. Then sales agent ask me to pick those unit that can apply for imiliki. My discount also didnt reach 10% i wonder my application will be reject as well. Donno whether its true or not .

As for the eligibility for exemption i also first time heard certain unit can get.

Ya but the answer like no answer. he show to me the whole column unit from bottom to highest level, all lawyer submitted kena reject. Then tell me those not applicable.
And the other column can apply. Really don't know its true or not. I wonder the other forummer which unit he bought. But right now waiting lawyer response, dont know whether eligible or not.

I think maybe is my discount total now is 9.5% and there's another discount not stated in %, rougly 0.4% so it was 9.9%.. Maybe cause that agent said those unit applicable for imiliki..

hi do you guys know how long it takes for LHDN to confirm the exemption? Cause I signed spa on the last week of October its been over a month but lawyer's feedback still waiting LHDN.. is this normal? Cause i check FAQ for i-miliki process was 15 days.. SDP last month already sent me letter for progressive payment.. already due date sad.gif

I have same issue here. But seems yours is longer.. i sign at end of Oct but till now lawyer still say waiting for LHDN side.
