I didn't, just curious and no balcony make me think twice.

gross price 402k, type A, on the 11th floor, after discount is around 350k

may I know which block is this? I am also eyeing a unit on the 11th floor but the SA quoted me a higher nett price

Being a prime member will make the difference.

That makes sense. but the gross price is different too, wondering if it's due to different Block launches

Yes, different blocks will have different prices normally- pls check with d sdp sales staff.

U buying for own stay or investment?
*
Buying for ownstay.. it's a loan rejected unit from first block but the car park allocation is not ideal. need to pusing and pusing until level 4 and above

Block 1 i think d price will be highest. If block 2 & 3 same level cp no need to pusing2?
*
I'm not interested in Block 3 Type A units since it's facing HTC hahaha. surprisingly Block 2 lower ground units is priced higher than Block 1 mid-level units. both are street view

Bcos block 2 launched later. So block 1 is d better buy
*
but the lower storey Block 2 units have lower car park allocation than the 2x floor unit at Block 1 that I've inquired.. sweat.gif usually the trend is higher level units = lower level car park for new condo/service apartments right

That is odd🤔yes, higher floor units more expensive so will get lower floor carparks, but do note the carpark block is located lower than the main entrance n main road, so the ground floor car park block is also located lower than the main entrance n d main road, so better dont get units at ground floor carparks imho, in case heavy rain🫣
*
oh? so is the ground floor like basement parking or it's just the terrain that is lower?

the carpark for the unit I've chosen is at level 2, should be ok 🤣

Lower terrain. So u are going to buy?🫠🫡
*
most probably yes.. no choice but to go for the lower level unit because I can't stomach pusing for more than 4 levels for car park, plus it's mezzanine type so it's like 8 levels ady 😅
