I'm planning to buy SAMM for own stay for 5 years then rent or sell it , is it a good idea?

Hi guys just wanted to ask if it's a wise idea to buy the SAMM unit for own stay for a few years then put it for rent. Or just get the type A unit (only available on block 3 top floor) for the same purpose?Also what are cons of staying in the top most floor?

Well that's why I'm contemplating between type A or SAMM. The top most floor might be hard to move in with furniture n etc also need to wait a long time for the lift. That's why I'm also considering SAMM, cheaper and can also be rented out if not mistaken. Also I personally like putra heights as it's not too hectic.

Samm unit is really a good value for $ buy imo, stay there when you are single till get married. In future got kiddoes, can rent out for side income.

Yeah bro still thinking on the SAMM units or get the 2BR unit and live there slightly longer. But the only thing that's holding me back is only 1 parking lot per unit
