Anybody know serasi how many % sold?

Went to sign the loan agreement last weekend at the Sales Gallery. I saw the unit taken is about about 60 - 70% for SAMM Block 2 and all the open units. I think SAMM block 2 is about 50% taken?

Block 3 open market units are already opened for sales but not Block 3 SAMM units.

IMO Block 2 is better cuz it has less SAMM unit compared to Block 3. And not sure if the free legal and air conds offer will be extended to Block 3

Blick 2 facing east n west, so either hot in morning or afternoon if not cloudy.

And block 1 and 3 is facing each other so the view is completely blocked.

Let arrange a teh tarik session at Putra Height 1 day. 

That's what I thought as well in the beginning. I wanted Block 3 facing North as I didn't want to face the podium. But then I can't choose which block I want for the SAMM unit.

Luckily got the unit facing East instead of West (which is facing the podium). From my experience with my current rental unit, facing East is still better than West because the number of hours of the sun shining on the East unit is still shorter compared to the West unit. By 12 pm, you will not get the direct sun anymore.

East facing, cooler nights.
You won't feel the hot air trapped inside your unit from the sun set.
That's for sure

Block 1 better la, furrher from htc, nt facing east n west.

Block 1 don't have SAMM XD

But some might feel Block 1 is nearer to LRT track. I think all 3 blocks also have its pros and cons.

Blk 1 quite far from lrt line if buy near blk 2. Yes all blk hv pros n cons
